SatScan Artwork - Dynamic Z Focus Module

Z Axis distance tracking and measuring Table.

A dynamic Motorised range Tracking Stage - which automatically maintains the instrument distance from the moving XY  surface through dynamic micron measurements & servo motor driven response. This system effectively upgrades the SatScan XY easel scanning system to 3 axis XY& Z

  • A scientific platform with precision Ground and drilled instrument mounting table.
  • Servo motor driven Z axis Platform with micron position accuracy/repeatability
  • Ideal for instruments where fine focal depth needs to be maintained.
  • Intuitive Windows Graphical User interface software to set all parameters
  • Maintains perfect position between the art and data gathering instrument. 
  • Provides Z Spreadsheet Distance data for correlation with instrument data. 
  • Compatible with:- XRF, IR Cameras, Visible light Cameras, X-ray devices etc.
  • Uses advanced micron accurate Digital Confocal sensors.
  • Ideal for tracking Art with profile, warp & twist, or non aligned art in frame etc. 
  • Can be controlled from SatScan Easel or stand alone controls. 
  • The stand alone Z table can be used in conjunction with any third party equipment.

Z Axis distance tracking and measuring Stage.

A Dynamic Motorised Range Tracking Stage - which automatically reads the instrument distance to the moving surface and drives the Z stage to maintain a micron accurate distance. The table is ideal for applications where instrument fine focal depth needs to be maintained, or profile data is to be aquired.

Can be used as a autonomous system for any application or combined with the SatScan Easel system to create 3 axis XY & Z
