PROFILE SPECIFICATION
The moving carriage is mounted on linear guide rails, driven by a precision toothed recirculating belt and attached by a rotating toothed pulley and drive mechanism. The standard belt incorporates steel wire and is immensely strong and durable. Recommended maximum speed is =<500mm/sec.
CDTBQ-60 is a Heavy duty 600mm profile for loads to +20Kg. As standard a NEMA 34 Frame Stepper motor is used to drive the Actuator. Gearing & Servo Motors can also be applied to address higher speeds, inertia or longer profiles. Please contact our specialist applications team.

1) Movement Range (Stroke)
We are able to supply standard axes movement Strokes (the amount the Carriage moves ) lengths of 100mm to 1500mm. Please select the stroke you require from the pulldown list.
Longer options are available (and are our speciality - see our artwork scanners up to 6m).
2) Maximum Load/Payload
The CDTQ60B is suitable for loads up to +20Kg Horizontal (this is pre-selected)
3) With or Without Stepper Motors
Without:- No motors will be provided, use this option If you wish to build your own system using your own motors etc.
With:- The Actuator will be provided with a mounted NEMA 34 Stepper motor
4) Orientation:- Left / Right - refers to the motor mounting coupling configuration. Image below is "Right" Orientation, Left would be at 180 Degrees to this

5) Drives, Motion Controller, Power Supplies and Cabinet (box)
The CDTH-1S34:- Is a housing which comprises a single Stepper Drive & Power supply for 1 Axis - it is supplied by signals you provide from your own controller device, such as PC, PLC or dedicated motion Controller.
The CDTH-1S134C:- Is a housing which comprises a single Stepper Drive & Power supply for 1 Axis & Programmable Controller device. This solution represents a full package representing everything you will need to drive and programme motion.

6) Cable Chain Management

Option provides management for moving Cable.
7) Limit Switches

These are fixed to the linear Actuator at a position of your choice & triggered when the moving carriage reaches that set position in travel, it can send a signal to the controller device. Typically used to set Datum (Home) or end of travel. Can be used in an emergency as stop signal device. Two switches are provided for a single Actuator
