Drive Mechanisms include Toothed Belt & Ball Screw options.
Suitable for all applications including Linear focus, Precision instrument Placement, Multiple Position Sequencing, Motion Profile sequences.

CDTBQ-30 Precision Motorised, Single Axis Linear Actuators 100mm-1500mm Load 3Kg

PROFILE SPECIFICATION
The moving carriage is mounted on linear guide rails, driven by a precision toothed recirculating belt and attached by a rotating toothed pulley and drive mechanism.  The standard belt incorporates steel wire and is immensely strong and durable. Recommended maximum speed is =<500mm/sec.


CDTBQ-30 is a light duty 35mm profile for loads up to 3Kg.   As standard a NEMA 23 Frame Stepper motor is used to drive the Actuator. Gearing & Servo Motors can also be applied to address higher speeds, inertia or longer profiles.  Please contact our specialist applications team.
